The Higher Shot is located at 45023 232Nd Street in Madison, South Dakota. The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms), which allows it to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases. Call +1 (605) 480-5126 to confirm hours and fees before going.
A federal firearms license (FFL) is required for the legal transfer of firearms between private parties and across state lines. The seller ships the firearm to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact The Higher Shot first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
