Runnings – Pierre holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases, so you can use this location to complete the final leg of a firearm acquisition.
When buying online, the seller ships the firearm to your chosen FFL dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking it home. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Runnings – Pierre first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
