Franklins Gun Emporium holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers.

When purchasing a firearm online or from a private seller, the item is shipped directly to this licensed dealer. Contact Franklins Gun Emporium first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
