When an FFL transfer occurs, the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer. The buyer then collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Forge Creek Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
