Sullys Firearms is located at 7401 Romans Road in Athens, Texas. The business operates Monday through Friday from 15:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. Call +1 (903) 388-7777 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Sullys Firearms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
In an FFL transfer, the seller ships the firearm to the buyer's chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Sullys Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
