Ray’s Sporting Goods holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms, deal in them, and receive transfers of firearms shipped from online purchases or other dealers.

For an FFL transfer anywhere in the United States, the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Ray’s Sporting Goods first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
