West Mountain Gun Shop is located at 11687 Fm 726 South in Gilmer, Texas. The business holds a federal firearms license that allows it to act as a dealer or pawnbroker in firearms.
A federal firearms license (FFL) enables the transfer of firearms purchased online or from out-of-state sellers. The seller ships the firearm to this location; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact West Mountain Gun Shop first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
Visitors should verify current license status and transfer policies before visiting. The live license notice on the page shows whether the business currently appears on the ATF licensee list.
