Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Innis Arms is located at 410 Broad St in Mason, TX 76856, but it operates as a residential address rather than a walk-in storefront, meaning you cannot simply drop by. To confirm whether they are open to receive your firearm transfer or to ask about any applicable fees, you should call +1 (325) 347-1020 first.
Innis Arms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This specific license allows the business to legally buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes accepting a transfer for a firearm you purchased online or from another private party.
An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States by having the seller ship the firearm directly to this chosen dealer. You must then collect it in person, present a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check before taking possession. Contact Innis Arms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
