Firestone holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes accepting a transfer for a firearm shipped from an online purchase or another private seller.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer must then collect it in person, present a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check.
