Franklin Firearms is located at 206 Boehm Drive in Shiner, TX 77984. The business holds a federal firearms license, which allows it to act as an intermediary for firearm transfers between private sellers and buyers.
When you purchase a firearm online or from an out-of-state dealer, the seller ships the item directly to this location. You must then arrive in person with a valid government-issued photo ID. At the counter, you complete ATF Form 4473 and undergo a background check before taking possession of the firearm.
Contact Franklin Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges. State and local rules can add requirements, so verifying their specific policies and fees before you arrange one is essential.
