Murphy’s Law Firearms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes accepting a transfer shipped from an online purchase or another private seller. This makes the location a valid destination for bringing in a firearm purchased elsewhere.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You then collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check.
