Texas Gunsmithing holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.

When buying from an online retailer, the seller ships the firearm to your chosen FFL dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Texas Gunsmithing first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
