Scheels All Sports holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
In an FFL transfer, the seller ships the firearm to the buyer's chosen dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it.
