Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Oermann Custom Firearms is located at 524 Thompson Rd in Troy, TX 76579. This is a residential address, not a walk-in storefront, so you should call +1 (254) 718-1013 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Oermann Custom Firearms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
FFL transfers work by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer; the buyer then collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Oermann Custom Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
