This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers. It serves as the local point of entry for federally regulated firearm transactions.

An FFL transfer begins when the seller ships the firearm to your chosen dealer. You then collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add further requirements. Contact Sportsman’s Warehouse 148 first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
