When buying online, the seller ships the firearm to this chosen FFL dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Ballistic Shack first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
