When purchasing a firearm online or from out of state, the seller ships the item directly to your chosen FFL dealer. You must appear in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a federal background check before taking possession. State and local laws may impose additional requirements. Contact Double Down Outdoors first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
