Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Bernies Bullets is located at 5509 Ida Rd, Stanley, VA 22851. The premises are listed as a residential address, which means it is not a walk-in storefront. Because the location is not a standard retail space, you should call +1 (540) 522-5389 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Bernies Bullets first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
