Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Martins Custom Barrels & Chokes is located at 546 Coxs Creek Lane in Tyro, Virginia. This is a residential address and not a walk-in storefront, so you should call +1 (540) 377-5171 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the holder to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
In an FFL transfer, the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it, while state and local rules can add requirements. Contact Martins Custom Barrels & Chokes first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
