When you buy a firearm online or at a gun show, the seller ships it to this FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Boerner Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
