Snake River Firearms is located at 2755 27 Street in Clarkston, Washington. The business holds a federal firearms license, which allows it to act as an intermediary for firearm transfers. If you have purchased a firearm online or from a private seller in another state, it must be shipped to this licensed dealer before you can take possession.
The specific type of federal firearms license held determines exactly what transactions are permitted. A standard dealer license permits the buying, selling, and receiving of firearms, including transfers from other locations. This ensures that all required background checks and paperwork are handled correctly before the firearm leaves the premises.
To complete the process, you must visit the location in person with a valid photo ID. You will need to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a federal background check. State and local laws may impose additional requirements. Contact the business first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what fees apply.
