Uncle Tom’s Outfitters holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms and also deal in them and receive transfers. Holders of this license can buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.

When buying a firearm online, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Uncle Tom’s Outfitters first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
