Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Schaefer Firearms is located at 100 Spruce Park Dr in Potosi, Wisconsin. This is a residential address, not a walk-in storefront, so you should call +1 (608) 732-7724 to confirm hours, fees, and availability before going.
Schaefer Firearms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
When buying a firearm online, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State rules may add requirements. Contact Schaefer Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
