Knitts Hardware is located at 246 Hwy 70 in Saint Germain, Wisconsin, situated directly along the highway for easy access. The store operates Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 until 16:00. Because operating hours can change, it is best to call +1 (715) 479-5930 to confirm availability and any transfer requirements before visiting.
Knitts Hardware holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to legally buy, sell, and receive firearms. This includes processing transfers for items shipped from online purchases or other private sellers, making it a valid destination for firearm transfers in the area.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You then collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add extra requirements. Contact Knitts Hardware first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
