Would love to have been able to use this sling mount but it is too big. It doesn’t tighten up enough over the castle nut on all 4 of my PSA lowers. Not sure why the adjustment hole that slips over the buffer tube/castle nut is so big but all 4 mounts I bought are useless for me now. It loosens up as soon as you put tension on it and slides right off. I’ve tried tightening the screw as much as I can but it never clamps over the castle nut tight enough. Waste of $60

They only fit the mil-spec castle nuts. My guess is Palmetto is using “affordable” castle nuts, not true spec.

Does not fit tight on nut. Tighten completely up & still falls off! Would look nice if it worked without modification…

Saved me the problem of braeking the staking to the castle nut and getting the right backing plate. Fits perfect and sturdy. Sling holds like it should.
