At Veriforce Tactical, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We offer a straightforward return policy to ensure our customers have confidence in every purchase made through our site. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a 30-day window from the date you receive the product to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All included accessories, manuals, and original documentation must accompany the return.

  • Proof of purchase from Veriforce Tactical must be provided at the time of the return request.

Restocking Fee
Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your original purchase amount when processing your refund. The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, administrative handling, and restocking processes.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, contact our customer service team immediately. Such products will not incur a restocking fee. We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges associated with the return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products back to Veriforce Tactical, except in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products shipped by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days following approval of your return.

Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Special or custom-ordered products

  • Clearance or closeout items marked “final sale”

  • Items showing signs of use or damage
