Description

The AIR-LOK Series handguard utilizes a proprietary compression locking mechanism to secure directly to the receiver, ensuring a rigid interface for the monolithic top rail. This design eliminates the need for a traditional barrel nut by allowing Top Rail system to slide over the barrel and compress against the receiver with four screws. The result is a tight fit up against the receiver, which stabilizes the Picatinny top rail and maintains alignment.

Constructed from T6 aluminum, the body features a striking Anodized Gold finish that provides durability without adding unnecessary mass. The handguard weighs 7.8 oz including the barrel nut, a reduction achieved through triangle and diamond skeletonized cuts throughout the structure. The internal diameter measures 1.32″, providing adequate clearance for various barrel profiles while maintaining structural integrity.

Accessibility is maximized with M-LOK slots on the bottom, left, and right sides, allowing for the attachment of accessories without obstructing the gas tube or barrel. A machined QD swivel socket is integrated into the rear end on both the right and left sides, offering quick-detach sling mounting options.
