The 15″ AIR-LOK Series M-LOK Compression Free Floating Handguard With Monolithic Top Rail (Gen 2) is engineered for AR-15 platforms, utilizing a compression lock-down design to secure Top Rail system directly against the upper receiver. This method ensures a tight fit that supports the monolithic top rail, providing a rigid interface for optics without floating interference.

Constructed from T6 Aluminum, the handguard features heavy-duty durability while incorporating triangle and diamond skeletonized cuts throughout the body to reduce mass. The total weight, including the proprietary barrel nut, is 9.7 oz, offering a balance between structural integrity and manageable weight for builders. The internal diameter is specified at 1.32″, compatible with standard AR-15 barrel profiles.

Attachment is achieved via four screws that slide Top Rail system over the barrel nut and compress it against the receiver. This design eliminates the need for traditional gas block alignment during installation. The handguard includes M-LOK slots on all four sides (top, bottom, left, and right), allowing for versatile accessory mounting.
