The 15″ AIR-LOK Series M-LOK Compression Free Floating Handguard With Monolithic Top Rail (Gen 2) utilizes a compression lock design to secure Top Rail system over the barrel nut, compressing it against the receiver with four screws. This method ensures a tight fit that supports the integrated monolithic top rail without independent mounting hardware for Top Rail itself. The body is CNC machined from T6 Aluminum, featuring triangle and diamond skeletonized cuts throughout the length to reduce weight while maintaining structural integrity. The handguard includes M-LOK Slots On 4 Sides of the handguard (Top, Bottom, Left & Right Sides), providing versatile attachment points for accessories. A Proprietary Barrel Nut is included to facilitate the compression locking mechanism, and the rear end features Machined QD Swivel Socket On Rear End Of Handguard (Right & Left Side) for sling attachment. The internal diameter is specified as 1.32″, and the unit weighs 9.7 oz!! including the barrel nut.
