Description

The AIR-LOK Series handguard utilizes a proprietary compression lock mechanism to secure a monolithic Picatinny top rail directly against the receiver. This design eliminates flex and ensures rigid alignment for precision optics. The unit slides over the barrel nut and is compressed down using four screws, creating a tight fit that stabilizes the entire upper assembly.

Constructed from T6 Aluminum, this 16.5″ length handguard features M-LOK slots on three sides (bottom, left, and right) for modular accessory attachment. To reduce overall mass, the body incorporates triangle and diamond skeletonized cuts throughout its structure. It includes a proprietary barrel nut and a machined QD swivel socket on the rear end, available on both the right and left sides.

Key specifications for the builder include an internal diameter of 1.47″ to accommodate standard .308 Cal barrels.
