Description

The AIR-LOK Series handguard employs a compression lock-down design to secure Monolithic Top Rail directly to the receiver. This system slides over the barrel nut and compresses downward using four screws, creating a tight fit that ensures consistent rail alignment. The handguard features M-LOK slots on the bottom, left, and right sides, providing mounting options for accessories.

Constructed from a T6 Aluminum body, this component balances durability with weight reduction. The design incorporates triangle and diamond skeletonized cuts throughout the structure to shed mass while maintaining rigidity. A 1.32″ internal diameter accommodates standard barrel profiles and gas tubes. The rear end includes machined QD swivel sockets on both the right and left sides for sling attachment.

This unit is supplied with a Proprietary Barrel Nut and is manufactured in the USA. The exterior features an Anodized Red finish over the aluminum substrate. The total weight, including the barrel nut, is 13.7 oz. The 16.5″ length makes it suitable for various AR-15 configurations where a full-length rail interface is required.
