Description

The 5″ AIR-LOK Series handguard features a T6 Aluminum body with an Anodized Red finish. Designed for experienced AR-15 builders, this component utilizes a proprietary compression lock mechanism to secure Top Rail system directly against the receiver. The internal diameter measures 1.32″, providing clearance for standard barrels while maintaining structural integrity.

Mounting is achieved via four screws that compress Top Rail over the included Proprietary Barrel Nut. This design ensures a tight fit against the upper receiver, creating a stable platform for the integrated Monolithic Picatinny Top Rail. The handguard incorporates M-LOK slots on the bottom, left, and right sides, allowing for modular accessory attachment without compromising the rail’s continuity.

Weight reduction is addressed through Triangle / Diamond Skeletonized Cuts distributed throughout the body. The total weight, including the barrel nut, is 6.8 oz. The unit is manufactured in the United States, adhering to specific dimensional standards for AR-15 platforms.
