The 7″ AIR-LOK Series handguard is designed for .308 caliber builds, featuring a compression lock mechanism that secures Top Rail over the barrel nut against the receiver. This system eliminates the need for a traditional gas block mount by utilizing four set screws to clamp the unit firmly in place. The body is machined from T6 Aluminum and finished with an Anodized Clear coating, providing a durable surface that resists wear while maintaining the metallic appearance of the raw material.

Weight is a critical factor in upper receiver builds, and this unit comes in at 8.8 oz including the proprietary Barrel Nut. To reduce mass further, the handguard incorporates Triangle and Diamond Skeletonized Cuts throughout its structure.
