9″ AIR-LOK Series M-LOK Compression Free Floating Handguard With Monolithic Top Rail (Anodized Blue)

Description

The 9″ AIR-LOK Series M-LOK Compression Free Floating Handguard delivers a rigid mounting solution for AR-15 builds. This unit features a T6 Aluminum body with an Anodized Blue finish, providing a durable surface that resists wear. The design incorporates M-LOK slots on the bottom, left, and right sides, allowing for direct attachment of accessories without bulk. A Monolithic Picatinny Top Rail is integrated into the upper section, ensuring alignment with the barrel and receiver for consistent sight or optic mounting.

Installation utilizes a proprietary compression lock-down design. Top Rail system slides over the barrel nut and is compressed against the receiver using four screws. This method creates a tight fit up against the receiver, stabilizing the Monolithic Picatinny Top Rail and reducing flex during operation. The handguard includes a Proprietary Barrel Nut designed specifically for this compression interface.

Weight reduction is achieved through Triangle / Diamond Skeletonized Cuts throughout the body, resulting in a total weight of 7.6 oz including the barrel nut. The internal diameter is sized at 1.32″ to accommodate standard gas tubes. For sling attachment, Machined QD Swivel Sockets are installed on both the left and right sides of the rear end of the handguard. This component is US Made, ensuring domestic manufacturing standards are met.
