This 2 piece hand-guard is excellent. It locks into the existing stock Mil-Spec Barrel nut and the four screws lock the two halves together like one piece. On top of that, it is long enough to fit very tightly between the Delta Ring and the Hand-guard cap so it doesn’t move. I am putting a QD low-pro sling mount on the Hand-guard so it has to be solid. I like it enough to order another one which is on the way.
