Description

The Air Lite Series Complete Furniture Set provides a lightweight, durable upgrade for AR-15 platforms, finished in a distinct Anodized Orange. This set includes a handguard, stock assembly, and pistol grip, all constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum to minimize weight while maintaining structural integrity.

The 15″ handguard features a T6 Aluminum body with triangle and diamond cuts to reduce mass. It utilizes a proprietary barrel nut design and slides over the barrel nut to lock against the receiver with six screws. The internal diameter is 1.34″, and it includes mounting slots on three sides of the front end. This tight fit allows for a monolithic top rail connection. The total weight including the barrel nut is 8.9 oz.

The stock assembly offers a minimalist design with a short, textured, non-slip buttplate. It includes a Car 3 oz Buffer and a Chrome Silicon Spring. The tube and endplate are made from 6061 Aluminum, featuring a spiral buffer tube design. The assembly weighs 9.1 oz total and comes with an ambi 1-point sling plate and HD castle nut. The total length is 9.5″.

The pistol grip is crafted from T6 Aluminum with an ultralight skeletonized design. Weighing only 3.6 oz, it features ergonomic finger grooves for a non-slip grip. The specific width is engineered to enhance trigger pull, and it is finished in matching Anodized Orange. All components are USA Made.
