Description

Engineered for AR .308 platforms, this Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) delivers reliable cycling in 7.62×51 caliber configurations. The carrier and gas key are machined from 8620 Steel, providing a balance of strength and toughness essential for high-pressure rounds. The bolt is constructed from 9310 Hardened Steel, a material chosen for its superior fatigue resistance and durability under repeated firing cycles.

Surface treatment is applied via Matte Rainbow PVD Coated Finish (Physical Vapor Deposition). This coating offers enhanced corrosion resistance and reduced friction compared to standard finishes, while the matte texture minimizes glare. The firing pin is fabricated from 17-4 Stainless Steel and heat treated to H900 condition, ensuring consistent ignition and resistance to wear.

Assembly includes proper torquing and staking of the gas key, a critical step for maintaining gas system integrity and preventing carrier rotation issues. Each unit undergoes HPT/MPI Tested and Marked quality control procedures to verify structural integrity.
