Description

The Socom Series 9″ Suppressor Compatible Handguard provides a lightweight, skeletonized platform for AR-15 builds. Constructed from 6061 T6 Aluminum, this component features a continuous row of raised teeth along the top edge and an openwork pattern on the sides to reduce weight without compromising structural integrity. The handguard utilizes an M-LOK System for modular accessory mounting, allowing for precise placement of grips, lights, or lasers.

Mounting is secured via a Steel Barrel Nut with an aluminum clamp design, ensuring a rigid connection to the upper receiver. The internal diameter is specified at 1.74″, accommodating various gas tube configurations. The unit weighs 10.5 oz including the barrel nut, offering a balance of durability and reduced overall assembly mass. It accepts QD swivel mounts and is designed to fit Suppressor Compatible with 5.56 and .300 Blackout platforms.
